We accept all credit cards, PayPal and bank deposits.
How long does it take to process my order?
All orders are custom made and we endeavour to ship them to you within 7-10 working days. Please let us know at time of ordering if you would like them by a specific date and we will do our best to get them out quicker.
How are your products shipped?
We ship all our items with Australia Post.
Within Australia: Regular parcel post is used. You can select express post for an additional charge.
UK, USA and NZ: International Track and Trace is used. Please refer to http://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/pack-and-track-international.html for further information about this service.
All other countries: Standard Air Mail is used. At this stage, no track and trace option is available.
Please contact us should you wish to use a courier service or other means of shipment prior to placing an order.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
This depends on where you are in the world!
Within Australia: 3-5 working days * (standard post) after dispatch and 1-2 working days * (express post - dependant on whether you are within the express post network) after dispatch
UK/USA/NZ: 3 to 10 business days * after dispatch
All other countries: Please use this tool to estimate postage times

Where are you located?
We are based North East of Melbourne, Victoria.
Do you create custom orders?
Absolutely! Just send us a message using the Contact Us page and we can work something out.
What paints do you use to paint your stones?
I use a few different brands of fluid acrylic paint, as I find these give a smoother texture. I also use paint pens for some finer details and outlining. I protect the stones with a gloss sealer.
All materials I use are ACMI Approved Non-Toxic.
Where do you get your mandala rocks from?
My mandala stones stones are collected from various beaches, rivers and when I am out walking with my family, throughout Australia.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes of course – shipping is calculated on checkout and is based on weight. We only ship using 'track and trace' for international shipping.

Refunds & Exchanges
If for any reason you are not happy with your product, please contact us immediately as we are more than happy to replace or refund your order.
If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable timescale, please contact us so we can launch an investigation with the postal system. All unresolved investigations will be refunded or resent.
